The Lono Rosé Way

Most alcohol-free Rosés are made like traditional Rosé first, fully fermented, developing alcohol, and then stripped back through heat or extraction (a process known as de-alcoholisation).

This process often removes more than just alcohol, flattening the flavour, thinning the texture, and leaving it tasting diluted rather than alive.

Unlike stripped-back de-alcoholised Rosé, Lono stops fermentation before alcohol forms, preserving full flavour, structure, and vibrancy without the alcohol.

Naturally <0.5% alcohol.

Because we stop fermentation early, Lono is naturally lower in calories, no need to strip anything away.
